Based on that, I’ll create a fully personalized plan tailored specifically to you.

This includes a custom macro-nutrition plan, built to support your body and goals whether you're aiming to lose fat, build muscle, or improve overall performance. You'll also receive a video walkthrough where I personally explain how to follow your macro plan step by step — so you know exactly how to apply it in real life.
Next, I’ll provide you with a personalized list of workouts pulled from my exclusive training video library. These videos are chosen based on your experience level and your goals, so you can follow along with confidence. Whether you train at home or in the gym, your workouts will be effective, efficient, and tailored to your lifestyle.
No more guessing what to do — you’ll have the guidance and structure you need to make progress every week.
Because longevity matters, I also include a long-term health and lifestyle plan. This is designed to help you build habits that support your energy, mobility, joint health, and overall well-being — so you're not just looking better, but also feeling stronger and healthier for years to come.
